PERSONALIZING THE RAPIDHIRE - MOCHASOFT WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • You can customize some settings in the RapidHire – Mochasoft Interface, to suit your personal preferences. Please do not reset any other settings unless you receive instructions from the RapidHire Support Team or from your IT department.

  • Open the RapidHire – Mochasoft window. You may connect and log into RapidHire, which may be useful if you are selecting display colors. It is not necessary though to be connected or logged in to change these settings.

  • Change display font: go to SETTINGS > FONTS >

You will see the list of fonts available to you from your Windows fonts. Select the font which you find easiest to read. You may add bold or italic too. Many prefer Lucida Console Bold, for example. Click OK.

  • Change display colors:  go to SETTINGS > COLORS >

Select the display color you wish to change to suit your visibility preferences, starting with the black background. For example, you may prefer a brighter shade of green or blue for better visibility. Note: color coding within RapidHire is a valuable feature to help you quickly sort information. It is best to limit color adjustments to shade modifications, but substituting colors (i.e. red for yellow) could affect your ability to maximize your work in RapidHire.   Click OK.
